Description
Martian Soldier invades Earth in the Mars Attacks Martian Soldier Funko Pop! Vinyl Figure #1877 - Specialty Series GITD Chase Variant. This extraterrestrial menace features the Martians' unmistakable oversized exposed brain, skeletal facial structure, and sinister alien expression. Unlike the standard edition, this Specialty Series Chase features a glow-in-the-dark treatment and a distinctive brain accessory, giving the invader an especially unsettling appearance when displayed under low lighting. This is the actual Chase variant, not a random chance of receiving one.
Originally unleashed in Topps' controversial 1962 Mars Attacks trading card series, the Martians became cult science-fiction icons through their grotesque designs, merciless invasion tactics, and outrageous violence. Director Tim Burton revived the franchise with the 1996 film Mars Attacks!, transforming the sinister extraterrestrials into unforgettable agents of dark comedy and planetary destruction. Their bizarre anatomy, advanced weaponry, and gleeful disregard for humanity helped establish the film as a cult favorite. This Chase edition reconnects collectors with the franchise's distinctive blend of retro science fiction, alien horror, and absurdist humor.
