Shipping Policy
Jays Pops N Stuff is happy to offer Worldwide Shipping to all of our customers.
In Stock orders can expect to ship out within 1 to 2 Business Days (Sometimes faster if we can’t sleep!) once payment clears. This translates to approximately 4 business days from the transaction date. Please note weekends are not considered business days
Domestic Customers
Jays Pops N Stuff offers a special Funko Flat Ship Rate for Single Purchases and pass along discounted shipping fees for 2 or more items
International Customers
Jays Pops N Stuff offers USPS First Class and Priority International
All International Customers are responsible for their respective country’s duties, taxes, fees. Jays Pops N Stuff will not alter any information on Customs Forms
Jays Pops N Stuff 30 Day Hassle Free Return Policy
While we handle your item with kid gloves to get it to you in the most pristine condition as possible, we understand that sometimes things happen along the way be it a change of heart or some damage that occurs during transit
Minor imperfections may appear on the packaging. We have removed those items from availability which are the result of extensive in transit stress or damage. Unfortunately these minor imperfections are not valid for returns
Jays Pops N Stuff is happy to offer to our customers 30 day returns from the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price of the item. Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping fees.
Please note that in the case of "Blind Box". sealed or limited production runs product such as Funko Soda where there is a random chance at a Chase, Returns / Refunds will not be honored.
Any item that has been tampered with, seals broken, etc are not eligible for Refunds
Return Shipping Fees are the responsibility of the Customer, both Domestic and International.
Items may be returned during this 30 day period so long as the item remains unopened, seals are not broken, unaltered in any way including any PopShield Protectors which items were shipped inside to the customer.

Funko Cancellation Policy
At times, Funko may decide to delay or cancel production of product, split up allocations, etc. If this occurs, we will reach out to those affected customers to work with them on a solution be it a refund or whatever. You will also see a notification on this site of those Funko Production Changes
