Preorder & Notify Me Policy

At Jays Pops N Stuff, upcoming Funko, Thrilljoy, and other collectible releases are handled through our Notify Me system instead of traditional preorders. This means you are never charged until inventory is in stock and available to purchase.

Signing up for a Notify Me notification does NOT reserve or guarantee inventory.

Our Notify Me system is designed to alert interested collectors when an item becomes available for purchase. It is not a reservation or waitlist system. Inventory is sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and limited editions, exclusives, and highly anticipated releases may sell out quickly.

How the Notify Me Process Works

  1. Browse upcoming collectibles on our website.
  2. Click the Notify Me button on eligible products.
  3. Enter your email address to receive an in-stock notification.
  4. When inventory arrives, you'll receive an email with a direct link to purchase.
  5. Complete your purchase while inventory is still available.

Important: Receiving a notification does not guarantee inventory will still be available when you visit the product page. Popular releases may sell out quickly.

Why We Use Notify Me Instead of Traditional Preorders

  • No upfront payments. You are never charged months before a product arrives.
  • No deposits. Purchase only when inventory is physically in stock.
  • Faster shipping. Orders ship much sooner because products are already in our warehouse.
  • Greater flexibility. You're never locked into a preorder you no longer want.
  • Less uncertainty. Manufacturer delays won't leave your money tied up for months.

Estimated Release Dates

Estimated release dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors, including Funko and Thrilljoy. These dates are estimates only and may change without notice. Products may arrive earlier or later than originally projected.

Limited Editions & Exclusives

Entertainment Earth Exclusives, convention exclusives, retailer exclusives, chase variants, limited production collectibles, and other highly anticipated releases often receive limited allocations.

Because the Notify Me system does not reserve inventory, signing up does not guarantee that a product will still be available when you receive your notification. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible after receiving your alert.
