PREORDER POLICY
Effective November 2023, Jays Pops N Stuff has adopted a new process for handling preorders
All future new Funko releases will be handled in a “Sign Up To Be Notified” process. The process is as follows:
- Customers who have consented to email and SMS marketing will receive notifications once Funko has officially announces a future release. The site Home Page will show these announcements as a banner.
- Both marketing and site banners will provide a link to those new releases where customers can click the Blue Action Button “NOTIFY ME” and provide their email
- No advanced payments will be captured and it is important to understand that you are signing up to be notified only – sign up does not reserve an item.
- Once the new releases are in stock, inventory will be added to the site and an automated notification will be sent providing a link to complete the transaction.
Once completed, orders will be released within the average 1 – 2 business days after funds are cleared and deposited into our account as processed by the electronic payment capture system
The advantages of this new process:
- No more advanced payments
- No more combinations of in stock / preorder or multiple preorders with different release dates awaiting on that final item for everything to be in stock and order released
